Positive: Our stay at Hotel One Bhurban was excellent. Their service was very good, and every time we asked for room cleaning, they did it quickly and properly. We got the highest room with a stunning view of the mountains and greenery all around. The balcony was amazing, and we could enjoy the beautiful scenery from both the room and the balcony. The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. They also gave us complimentary breakfast and a kettle with tea items we could use anytime. The manager and all staff members were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic stay in Bhurban.

Positive: The ambience was amazing and the stay experience was awesome. The staff was very helpful and great people. Food was yummy and the view from the balcony was to die for. Highly recommended people.

Negative: Loved everything except that the balcony windows were not movable and very hard to open. This could be improved with a single maintenance compane.
