Positive: The staff in reception speaks english very well. The breakfast is okay.
Negative: The smell of room 34 is awful. There is no hot shower, and the wash bowl is not functioning.

Positive: The best thing about the hotel is the location. Most of the rest is fine. The bathroom of our room and the room itself was OK.
Negative: There is an odd request to leave the room key every time you have to leave the hotel, being a little inconvenient (although there is staff 24 hours at the premises). The hairdryer did not work fine and we ran out of wifi the last night a last morning. The elevator is very small if you are coming with big luggage.

Positive: Very clean, well organized hotel. They have even put mosquito repellent item to room. Great reception endorsement. Location is good, by walking 15 min to SMN train station. Less than 10 min to Duomo.

Positive: Great location, great room, very calm and there is always some staff at the front desk, pretty reassuring of you need any help. Just be aware that the payment will proceed at the front desk when you arrive, even after your “payment” on booking. The payment you first made will be reimbursed to you a few days after your booking “payment”. This happened to us, thinking everything was already paid… Otherwise, it was a great hotel to stay in with a really great location.
