Summary: Very satisfied with the staff and the location. A very pleasant stay overall. However, I would recommend that the hotel consider installing blackout curtains in rooms facing the street, as there is a lot of pedestrian traffic and the streetlights are switched on in the evening. With light-colored curtains, the room becomes too bright. The air conditioning should be set to summer mode from March onwards. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the stay.

Summary: We had our room upgraded on arrival. Beautiful, clean and spacious room. Had a little balcony with a lovely view of the city and mountains. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend staying there.

Summary: Stayed here for one night and the hotel was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was great with beautiful views of the start of the Italian Alps, also very spacious and very clean. Continental breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. Would definitely stay again.
