Positive: We stayed for three days and two nights and left completely delighted. The staff was truly exceptional — the two ladies at reception were always friendly and smiling, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean. It’s a simple space, but more than enough for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Negative: The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast or have its own restaurant, but there’s a lovely café-restaurant right next door that makes up for it. A great combination overall!

Positive: The staff is amazing, so kind and very helpful. They allowed us to check-in hours in advance for free and help us a lot with all our requests. The room is very good value, beds are clean and comfortable, so it is the bathroom (which is pretty basic but good enough). The fan did a good job to substitute a always more convenient AC. Coffee downstairs and the restaurant close to Pison hotel are good options for a good meal. The location is pretty convenient.

Negative: Everything was fine. The bathroom is a bit basic and the fan a bit noisy, but nothing really serious.

Summary: Amazing staff, great value for little money
