Positive: Calm and relaxing hotel for a short retreat. Well maintained spa area and gym. Staff is helpful and does the job well. Wifi no issues and decent availability. Slippers.

Negative: A lot of pets, it didn't help with the vibe when the rooms smelled like dog on arrival. Toiletries, room quality in general and other extras mediocre for this class.

Positive: Sauna, a number of pool options. The POOLS OPEN LATE! The hotel was neat. The maintenance was properly performed. As a facility expert, nothing irritates me more than sloppy caulking, poor painting standards, and, worst of all, crooked pictures and paintings. The Premiere was not perfect, but what made the difference between an ok hotel and a quality hotel was its focus on what people notice.

Negative: The bed. The pillows made up for the bed's firmness. When I go on a vacation to relax, I want to "sink" into everything. The one thing I noticed was that the housekeeping carts left marks along every hallway. A chair rail at the height of the marks would hide those and cut down on repaint costs.

Summary: From unpleasant 4 Star to a fantastic 5 Star and worth every Euro.

Positive: A truly fantastic stay. The hotel is wonderful, featuring brand-new, luxurious facilities and a very high standard of quality in every detail. The Pros: Room & Comfort: Beautifully designed and cozy. The bed is perfect, with a high-end mattress, premium linens, and a great pillow menu. The soundproofing is flawless. Bathroom: Spacious and modern, including a very convenient towel heater. Wellness & Leisure: The indoor and outdoor thermal pools are fantastic. The Spa area is perfect, offering Finnish, Turkish, and cold saunas, along with various high-quality relaxation rooms. Fitness Center: Excellent, top-tier gym equipment. Dining: The restaurant is marvelous with excellent food. Breakfast is also perfect and lives up to the hotel's high standards. Value for Money: At 160 euros per night, it offers incredible value for such a luxury experience.

Negative: The Cons: Service Speed: The only minor point was a slight delay in service at the bar/restaurant, as the waiter was covering both areas simultaneously. However, it was a very minor issue in an otherwise perfect stay.

Positive: Super clean, the room was huge, and the staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast had so many choices and the spa area was spacious and incredibly comfortable.
