Positive: Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Rome main attractions. Located right off Piazza Navona. Its a small hotel and they appreciate the guests. Room perfect for base to stay with air-con and mod cons. Staff friendly and had some local recommendations

Positive: Excellent central location, lovely room for one person, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very clear about what it can and cannot provide, and in my case I found good breakfast and easy-to-use laundry facilities within a few minutes walk.

Positive: The apartment building is lovely with nice interior marble finishes. It’s in a perfect location, walking distance to all of the sites and good connectivity to transit stops. The breakfast staff were super friendly as were the front desk staff (especially Daniele!). My room was bed were very comfortable. The breakfast selection was perfect. I found the room and building very quiet (my window faced the courtyard).

Positive: The location is perfect, very close to the Navona square and within walking distance to other important attractions. We did not take the bus from near the hotel, so we cannot say anything about the bus routes. The staff was nice and helpful, and the breakfast was alright: 2 types of cheese and 2 types of cold cuts, tomatoes, butter, yogurt, cereal, some croissants, fruit and some pre-packed sweets. There are no warm dishes and you need to ask the staff for any type of drinks which come in plastic cups (except for coffee). The hotel is part of a very nice old building with the reception on the 1st floor and the rooms (or at least part of them) located on the 5th floor.
Negative: The rooms are on the 5th floor and there's a nice, yet old elevator in the building. Although it did not seem unsafe to travel with it, people with claustrophobia may have an issue. The breakfast is ok-ish, but I would not recommend paying extra for it. There is centralized heating and extra blankets, and although the weather was rather warm for January, we felt cold in the room. A two star hotel rating should only mean that the amenities are fewer than for a 3 or 4 star hotel. However, at least the room we were in could benefit from some heavy maintenance, as things kept falling apart or coming off especially in the bathroom. There was also a constant noise thorough-out day and night and we assume it came from a water pump in the bathroom. There is no soundproofing, you could hear everyone in the hallway and adjacent rooms --- so definitely bring earplugs.
Summary: A perfectly located hotel that could definitely use some heavy TLC
