The apartment has been recently renovated, and this, together with the comfortable furnishings and strategic location ( quiet street, despite the central location) makes it ideal for a vacation.
On the first level you will find:
- large entrance with desk and computer area (you will find the router for ethernet connection) a spacious living room with double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, tv, air conditioning and dining table for 6 persons. - Kitchen equipped to prepare meals, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and coffee maker.. - Bathroom with large shower box and window
On the second level there is the sleeping area:
- First double bedroom (queen size bed) with wooden ceiling and private bathroom with wc, bidet and shower - Second double bedroom (queen size bed) with vaulted ceiling and a large window.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all amenities: Wi-fi, air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels, dishes and a small selection of breakfast items (cracked slices, jam, nutella, tea, coffee ..) are included in the service.

Summary: The apartment was even better than the pictures and was charming, comfortable, clean and walking distance to everything. Many good bakeries and restaurants in a two block radius. Lucia was the most gracious host we have ever encountered in travels across Europe. There was coffee, water, and an assortment of small breakfast items. There were also maps, chargers, hair dryer — so many thoughtful extras! Our flight was delayed for over 16 hours, and she was kind and accommodating. We really appreciated the option to book airport transport through Lucia and when we finally arrived in Rome, meeting the car was a breeze. Thank you Lucia for making our stay in your beautiful city so special. We hope to return soon.

Summary: Our experience was amazing from booking to departure. Lucia is an excellent host, communicating with us consistently from the start, arranging taxi transport for us and meeting us at the apartment to show us the property. The apartment is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The location is fantastic - great coffee, bakeries and restaurants right outside the door and walking distance to all of the major neighborhoods and sites. And while its in the middle of a busy neighborhood, the apartment itself it tucked back so its very quiet. We had an excellent stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Lucia!

Summary: We are very happy during our stay in this apartment,Lucia is the best and very good on her job, easy to communicate with, kind, provide everything we need, condo was very clean and walkable to Vatican, groceries, castel saint angelo, it has a lift going to the apartment for easy acces for heavy bags, they help you with transportation from the airport, Paolo who drives us was kind and very helpful. We had a great experience in Rome cause Lucia provides us a place that is cozy, a place that you can relax well and near to everything.

Summary: This was a fabulous apartment in the best location! We walked everywhere and there are multiple restaurants within walking distance. The building was very secure and we felt very safe. We did self check in and Lucia gave perfect instructions. Lucia was a great hostess and helped me pick up a few things for our Christmas Day arrival. She also arranged our airport drop off and pickup which was a huge help, having never been to Rome. The apt was charming and clean and had everything we needed. The washing machine was a bonus! We had a small issue with one of the toilets and Lucia popped by almost immediately and had it fixed within hours. Really just the best customer service. Would 100% recommend!

Summary: My family of 4 stayed here for four nights. Lucia is a 10/10 hostess and the location of this property was fantastic! Walkable to most tourist sites, restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store and shopping. We used Uber for Vatican City and the Colosseum. Drivers picked us up right at the rental. Lucia arranged other transport for airport pick up and train station. We would 100% recommend and stay again. This property had everything you could need.

Summary: Absolutely adored our stay at this property. Owner was attentive and quick to respond to any queries. The apartment itself is in a perfect location with many amazing restaurants and shops nearby and every major attraction is walking distance. We are a family of 5 and found the apartment spacious and loved having a washer/dryer for our 5 night stay. During our 6 week travel around Europe this property is one of our all time favourites. Can’t recommend highly enough.
