Positive: Great breakfasts and dinners. Attentive staff. Margaritas delivered to the pool. Were able to exchange dollars for pesos on site. Arranged transportation for us at good prices.

Positive: Very close to Chichen Itza. Practical if you want to be one of the first visitors at 8 a.m. and still have a chance to relax a bit in the hotel before the checkout at 12

Negative: Water in the pool wasn't very clean. The restaurant was OK, but we expected better. Wifi was only reachable at the reception.

Positive: They have very nice swimming pool, Chichen Itza very close, the restaurant at this hotel has rather good food.

Negative: Unfortunately I couldn't normally sleep there as isolation is extremely bad. One night a group of people arrived in the middle of the night, they were extremely loud. I asked the employees of the hotel whether they can tell people not to shout, but they did nothing about it. Additionally to this one could hear music and dogs barking all night long. Wi-fi connection is very slow and weak
