Summary: We loved the charm of the hotel. Staff were nice. We made sure to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was clean and so was the food. We brought different family members there just about every day of our stay to eat there as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: This hotel has the basics. Hot water, towels, soap, shampoo, everything that should be there. But when we got to the hotel we got this smell coming from the outside, it smelled like sewers at night, which was an issue with sleeping. In the morning we found dead cockroaches at the hotel. The internet was not working, which was an issue bc I had to do school work. In the bright side, the hotel is pretty, and it’s really close to downtown, there’s not much to look around in that town, but it’s pretty cheap and the nearest beach is around 30 minutes. For the price it’s alright, just don’t have high expectations. As I said, it’s not bad but it’s not great.

Summary: The location is awesome. Everything is close. The staff were all attentive and professional. Cleaniness due to the covid pandemic was taken very seriously. The wi-fi in the room was a bit spotty but workable. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Lazaro Cardenas
