Positive: The location, although 10km from the city center had a very convenient bus nearby.

Negative: The room was noisy: you could hear people on the next room very clearly and my neighbors were quite loud. The room was weirdly hot. While the outside temperature was 12C-18C, inside the room with the window fully open it never went below 26C. It was probably a know problem for the room because they provided a small fan.
