Summary: The staff at Hotel Reina Isabel was very helpful. They helped us find an express laundry service and let us check out late so we have enough time to pick it up and pack before our flight. Our room has a good view of the mountains. The Artisan Market is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We had a good stay at Hotel Reina Isabel.
