Summary: Breakfast buffet that was included with our stay was outstanding. Staff was friendly and helpful. We received a room upgrade to a water view, because we reserved with hotels.com. Convenient location in Gamla Stan.

Summary: Very friendly staff, great spa facilities, a lovely bar and sitting room at the back which we only found out about on our last morning. (It would have been good to know about at check-in). Great location and very well appointed room with a balcony.

Summary: It was a pleasant stay and I generally enjoyed it. Staff were great. I wouldn't rate it 10/10 though as they didn't give water in the bedroom (which I'd expect for a 5* hotel), I found it to be a little noisy at night and the room was very warm (and the thermostat seemed not to work)
