Positive: The staff was pleasant and quick to help. The hotel is easy to find, and there is enough parking on site. It's got a village charm with city comfort. The room was big enough for a family of 4. The restaurant downstairs is open until 9 for food and until 11 for drinks, which is a great idea after traveling all day. The breakfast exceeded all of our expectations with a hot sectiom, multitude of hams and cheeses, entire cereal and fruit section, and drinks for everyone to chose from. The beds are very comfortable. The toilet seats are all automatic and have built in bidets, that was a new experience. Of note is the nearby red bull ring. I'd stay here again for sure.

Negative: My only dislike is the shower - not sure what's going on with it, but it was kinda spay-ish. Hard to control nozzle, water got on the floor. And i mean water, not just couple of drops.

Negative: restaurant was a big let down waiter was very unhelpful and rude my main course came as i was halfway through my starter i told him i had a allergy when meal came what allergy i had was on plate I complained and was told to leave it on plate i wont be going back
