Positive: The rooms are cleaned to the top standard, the beds are very comfortable and the the balcony was exceptional. The staff are super friendly and helpful, especially Jennifer and the gentleman. We accidentally paid an extra 15 euros without realising and Jennifer waited for us to come back from outside to return the 15 euros. We felt this was above and beyond as most places wouldn't notice or wouldn't care to return it.
Negative: Maybe a couple extra toiletries could improve the service however we felt the value of our stay still exceeded our expectations.
Summary: Cosy, efficient, reliable. We recommend to anyone.
