Summary: Had a really nice stay. Had the best massage with Marva.. had the cleanest room done by Shantel.. beach was beautiful , very clean and beautiful property. Decent food .. plenty to eat and drink.

Summary: It was great despite a few hiccups at check in. I had booked a stay to inc a 12yr child but it seems something went wrong as reservation had under 1 yr and had to pay extra. We were given an upgrade although the same type of room. Due to delay with room, we were given another less impressive one (dingy with rusty safe) but evetually reverted to the original assigned. Beautiful view. Comfortable space. Toilet needs an extractor. Jewellery even wedding ring is not allowed on slides -changed since our last visit. That challenge prevented my husband from enjoying waterpark as he was unable to remove. Pool bar staff needs to treat locals as tourists just like they do the overseas guests. Sit down restaurant service was excellent. Best of the entertainment package was Friday night.. Thanks Team Riu. Overall, a great experience. I am sure to return. If not Ocho Rios, another location.

Summary: Jamaica ia a beautiful place to vacation. The RIU hotel is simple the best. The food, the service. The clean beach. the clean pool. The entertainment. The people. The climate. The air conditioned room. The alcohol. The room. The many places the relax. The free upgrade for returning guests. The hotel and the staff are not perfect and neither are we BUT every thing about this hotel says relax and have a good time. One thing I love the most is that the price you are quoted is the price it is plus taxes. No hidden fee and it is fully refunded if you cancel during the specified cancellation date.

Summary: I would not stay at this resort again. 10/10 would NOT recommend. They only have colored towels for the rooms that smell like they hadn’t been washed, very musty. Asked for white towels. They didn’t have any. All the towels smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned. The rooms had a weird smell too. Like they hadn’t changed the air filters, a moldy smell. The food at the specialty restaurants is the same food served at the buffet. The entertainment takes place at the main stage 95% of the time not entertaining at all.
