Positive: Property was clean and spacious. Location was close to restaurants and stores. It was peaceful and pool area relaxing. The shower was PHENOMENAL.
Negative: There were no tables in the pool area or on rooftop. We would have liked to play cards, used the laptop, set our drinks down etc. The property has some rules we wished we'd known about like no eating or drinking in the living area or bedroom. This leaves only the two barstools in the kitchen which is not AC and is shared with the other boarders (we didn't have any so there were no issues) The kitchen isn't really stocked with much--we couldn't prepare a real meal if we wanted because there were no knives or utensils. There also was no ice or ice trays. There was no place to put belongings in bedroom. There was mo closet or rack to hang anything up and there was no dresser, drawers, or luggage rack. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcase on the floor. The pool has no steps or ladder so you have to haul yourself up.

Positive: it was secluded and quite, very relaxing.. nice hide away if you looking to have a great time with your spouse /sidechick the town is like about 5-10 minutes drive where you have all the amenities. overall the place is great I had fun there

Positive: Villa itself is roomy, comfortable and beautiful, Grounds are well kept with plenty of space for outdoor entertainment. Quiet, peaceful gated community makes one feel very safe. Host is very friendly, hospitable, detail oriented and provides plenty of amenities; ensuring you'll have everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would 100% stay again!
Negative: If you have a vehicle there is no private parking - you'll have to park in front of the villa. However, because it is a gated community, there's very little chance that anything will happen to it. Also, be aware that air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms and not in the general areas.
Summary: Great stay, wonderful host, gorgeous property!
