Positive: We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was maintained every day. The location is excellent for visiting many nearby attractions, right in front of the train station. The sunsets were phenomenal. The staff was very friendly, helping us with any questions and very responsive. The breakfasts was incredibly delicious. We will lovingly return again.

Negative: We found needles near the bed and on the floor, which I found weird and careless. We traveled with a 2 year child, so we found it a bit dangerous to have needles all over the room.

Positive: Staff was really good, breakfast was very nice as well and the parking was convenient.
Negative: No lift so taking luggage upstairs was a bit difficult and there were no lights in gallery at night.

Positive: The hotel was excellent...we had an excellent room with 2 king sized beds and a very accessible and fully equipped kitchen. The building had a quite nice, and traditional Swiss look. Our breakfast at this hotel was excellent, and Mudasir (the hotel manager) was very proficient with serving and providing all our needs for breakfast The location of this hotel is quite well placed, as there is very little noise from the street, and Interlaken is just 10 minutes by car from there. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for a decent, and spacious room with the extra advantage of a kitchen.
Summary: Exceptional stay with scenic and beautiful views of Lake Thun and the Jungfrau mountains.
