Positive: I'd like to highlight the excellent work of the manager upon my arrival. I had some questions, but he resolved them promptly. The breakfasts were very good. I was surprised by the quality and presentation. The waiters were excellent. Meals were prepared upon request! I'd also like to especially commend the manager, Aftab, upon check-out.

Negative: No toothbrush or toothpaste, despite the claim that they provide all toiletries. Hard mattress and uncomfortable bed shape.

Summary: Great value for money! Excellent cuisine. Spacious hotel halls. I will recommend it.

Negative: Bathroom exhaust fan was not working , electrical switch panel was simply hanging . Charging points were not enough . Breakfast was not upto the mark .

Positive: I stayed for one night at Hotel Royal Highness, and overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially for a short stay. The hotel offers a good combination of location convenience, spacious premises, and courteous service. The location is a strong advantage. The hotel is situated close to Tinsukia Railway Station and is correctly marked on online maps, making it easy to find. Shops and auto-rickshaws are readily available nearby, which adds to the convenience of local travel. The bus stand is approximately 800 meters away, making the hotel well connected for onward journeys. The hotel premises are large, clean, and well maintained, creating a positive first impression. The overall environment feels organized and calm. The room was clean and comfortable, with fresh bedsheets, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. One highlight of the room was the big windows facing the city, which allowed natural light and offered a pleasant view. The room had sufficient lighting and silent surroundings, ensuring a restful stay. The bathroom was functional but could be cleaner, which is an area where improvement would enhance the overall guest experience. Other than this, the room felt safe and secure, suitable for solo travelers and short business or transit stays.
