Summary: Wonderful hotel but front desk staff could be a bit more attentive. I left my only warm jacket and called about two hoted after check out while still not to far and asked the front desk to check the room for my jacket. They said it was not turned in and would check and call of they find it. FIVE DAYS LATER they call to day they found it in the room. By that time i purchased a new jacket since I didn’t hear back. Now they want my credit card to send it to me. This is not what a expected form a five star hotel. Truly disspointed.

Summary: Amazing location and all staff is super friendly , which makes the difference . Suite was spacious aient a lovely view. Some areas would benefit some modernisation/ upgrading but overall a lovely stay
