Summary: Check in: we got a room which was not as per what is shown on the Hotels. com website. After pointing this to them, it took 10 minutes, but they generously changed and gave us more than what was specified. Cleanliness was a little compromised (housekeeping did not clean the torn milk powder sachets etc...). Conveniently located, a good spread for the buffet breakfast. Heard good reviews about their food, but could not eat because of other commitments. Apparently very popular restaurant amongst locals. The staff in the 7th-floor-breakfast hall could wear a smile.
