Negative: We were told the day prior to arriving that they do not accept credit cards so we needed cash. The lady was rude.

Positive: When I booked this property in January it said they would charge in advance, which was fine, I was under the impression that meant they would charge our credit card. But 3 days prior to our stay they emailed me telling me I needed to do a bank transfer with the full amount. We are from the United States and do not have a Canadian bank account. I was completely stressed out . After messaging the hotel back and forth they agreed to letting us pay cash, over $1000 between the reservation for my sister and I. We were not traveling with that much cash and had to use the atm each day before our stay to be able to take out the money necessary, incurring a fee each time. It was a very poor way of doing business and for this reason I will not recommend this hotel. Also, the manager was very rude.
Negative: See above. Also they did not leave us enough of necessary things like toilet paper, we had to borrow from other family staying with us in another room.
