Summary: Not enough parking, had to park on the street. Staff not so friendly. Advertised as dog friendly but would not agree. Dogs are not allowed on the beach, breakfast room / restaurant, pool.. would be nice to have known this information before booking, as it clearly states dog friendly. Otherwise room was nice and clean.

Summary: It was a pleasant holiday. The hotel offers the possibility to practice different sports, the private beach is clean and safe, and numerous white swans very close in the river Livenza. A minus would be the bathroom, too small. Another weak point- the attitude rather distant of some (few) members of the staff.
