Positive: Handy location for arrival and departure. Breakfast staff very helpful.
Negative: Balcony is too small for practical use. Toilet was always leaking and was not fixed while we were there for 5 days even after notifying them twice.
Summary: Pleasant stay but didn’t quite reach the expectations created from the booking.com description.

Positive: The hotel is very nice and clean. The location is very good and has beautiful views! The room it was very clean and nicely decorated!
Negative: The breakfast was started to be taken away before the time that they say that they stop to serve it…

Positive: It’s a beautiful old school hotel on the most fabulous property. The views are insane and my room had a balcony which I Loved.
Negative: Needed to upgrade wall Plugs a little For charging all of the things we need in modern life.
Summary: Loved it. I’d go back. Romantic.

Positive: The view from the nice hotel terrace over the valley is fantastic! That's the reason to stay in the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet with another beautiful view over the valley. Hotel is located right at the entrance of the old town.
Negative: Nothing really! The hotel doesn't have a private shuttle to the train station down the hill, despite it says so on booking website. It actually refers to the small city bus (once per hour, 3 euro on board or 1.7 euro if buying at a tabacchi).
Summary: Great place to stay, for its terrace view of the Tuscan valley!

Positive: The view from the breakfast room was fantastic and the breakfast itself was very good with lots of choice.
Negative: The night we weren't able to park at the hotel was a bit awkward as the route from the carpark to the hotel involves a lot of steps. However, there are some helpful escalators running for most of the time which makes things easier unless you need to go to the car before it starts to operate in the morning!
