Summary: Avery nice hotel pretty much in the centre of Klagenfurt. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. My room was small, and there is really no space or rack on which to open a suitcase. Good food at the next-door restaurant.

Summary: The rooms are a lot smaller than they show on the pictures, the bed and pillows are so uncomfortable, be prepared during busy times to wait for the one elevator they have.

Summary: We thought the hotel was lovely, but I had two issues with the door/lock system: 1. The room door is difficult to unlock. It was unclear how we were supposed to use the key in conjunction with the button and we had a lot of difficulties to unlock the door. 2. As there is no lock or bolt inside the room, our toddler was able to easily open the door and wander out (which he almost did a few times). We were concerned about him leaving the room without us waking, which fortunately did not occur, but I would not recommend this for small children.

Summary: Nicely located, clean and comfortable. Has a decent gym. The only downside is that breakfast buffet is not included. I understand that Klagenfurt is an expensive town, but breakfast should really be included with the high room rate they charge.
