Summary: We stayed here for three nights over the new years. The hotel property is old and many fixtures show signs of wear. That said our stay was comfortable. We never wanted for anything or found anything non-functional. The location is also convenient, however the property itself is not stand alone, but they have a free shuttle to and from the plaza. Food is good. Service was little scatter-shot but could have been because of the new years holidays.

Summary: Love this place, beautiful Santa Fe style, lovely outdoor jacuzzi, great staff and fabulous location. I just wish there wasn't a big resort fee per night.

Summary: We stayed for 2 days, our room was on 2nd floor next to the ice-machine/laundry rooms. On second night they had music night in the lobby, and we could hear loud it till they were done at 9. We also used to hear ice machine whirring. We let the management know that this room has acoustic issues and they should look into it. For the price we paid we felt we should have stayed at better options than this. And this coming from someone who stays in hotels a lot. Nothing against the management there, and the property is good looking but when it came to us, we shared the above experience so you are careful, not to.

Summary: This is the hotel for the authentic Santa Fe experience. Located away from the Plaza, but within easy walking distance for everything Santa Fe has to offer. The well appointed rooms are quiet and tastefully decorated with Southwest and Native American designs. The Amaya Restaurant serves great food for any eating occasion. There is a little bar where the by the restaurant where all the waitstaff are very attentive. The entire staff and management offer you a first class experience. We have visited other hotels in Santa Fe to see if we wish to stay, but all fall short of what the Hotel Santa Fe has to offer.
