Casa Dominguez is a 420 sq ft adobe cottage lovingly rebuilt and less than three blocks from the Historic Santa Fe Plaza. The 18 inch thick adobe walls make the property remarkably quiet given its close proximity to the Santa Fe Railyard District, the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, Canyon Road and The State Capitol Grounds. Casa Dominguez has a kitchen with refrigerator and microwave (toaster oven and counter-cooktop on request), bedroom with closet, and a living room and dining area. During the recent, extensive renovation that included a new roof, windows, plumbing, electrical and HVAC, historically appropriate materials were used whenever possible. Furnishings in the home include personal furniture that have been painstakingly restored. Casa Dominguez is literally, historic Santa Fe with modern comforts. Santa Fe's iconic coffee shop, Ohori's, is across Manhattan Street just steps away. Santa Fe's best bakery, Sage Bakehouse, is conveniently around the corner. Performance venues Lensic Theater and St. Francis Auditorium as well as Site Santa Fe, New Mexico Museum of Art, the Palace of the Governors and the New Mexico History Museum are all less than a 10 minute walk from the Casa.
Our commercial laundry service – the same laundry service used by most high-end hotels in Northern New Mexico - uses unscented, hypoallergenic detergent and extremely hot water. Sheets are lightly starched and ironed at 385 degrees.

Summary: We had a fabulous time and loved how centrally located Casa Dominguezwas to so much of downtown Santa Fe easily walkable to most places. And what a lovely place to stay! We were so comfortable in your casita. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. All the extras wine, cheese, crackers, beer, etc. were over the top. Awesome!
