Summary: The hotel is very tired and old, and in dire need of refurbishment. The decor is 90s drab and the melamine beige is just a bit too depressing. Breakfast is very limited and poor quality for a 4*. For the price it is not worth it and I wouldn’t recommend.

Summary: Listed as a 4 star hotel but it’s closer to 2.5 stars. No amenities in the room, not even a free bottle of water or a kettle. Coffee/ tea always had to be purchased at the bar. No lunch offering, not even a vending machine. It’s an area where the majority of the restaurants and cafes close in the afternoon which left no options for lunch but to head to the local Spar supermarket to buy sandwiches or you’ll need to plan to have lunch before everything closes. The staff were very friendly but it didn’t make up for the lack of options available in the hotel or the surrounding areas.

Summary: Decor in the hotel is from 1990’s but everything was kept in condition and the room and common areas were very clean. Outside the hotel the surroundings are not pretty at all, industrial area is close by and trashes were thrown around. Also not much to do in the surroundings but if you have a car it’s not too long to get to more beautiful areas.

Summary: The area around the hotel is nice the swimming pool gives a charm to the place which has been cleverly built. It feels slightly dated but i have seen way worse, so it didn't feel bad. Some pieces of furniture would though need some repair (rusted tower hanger, wood in the bathroom was quite damaged by time...). Balcony was nice, but furniture had a disgusting smell of cold tobacco so wasn't really enjoyable... Room was good. Again dated, difficult to find some electricity to charge the phone (in the 1990s those issues didn't exist) but after unplugging the bedside table all fine. The breakfast wasn't good... Dry cakes, tasteless croissants, etc which is to be expected in a hotel. I had paid extra for the dinner at the hotel and do not do it ! You might have your money worth for the quantity (as it is a buffet) but quality is not there. So pay less, go outside and get some proper food, it is italy you have plenty of choice around, don't do that to yourself ! It is outside of Cagliari but well connected to transportation and in a nice environment. The hotel gets 4 stars despite the critics as it is also cheaper than most around. So it is definitely a good ratio price/quality if you do not eat there. If you eat there, the hotel is way overpriced for the quality !
