Positive: The hotel is based in the center of Landeck. The staff is very welcoming, well-organized and helpful. We took our dog with us and they prepared a dog-bed for him with a bowl for water and treats in the room. Rooms are comfortable, sauna works till 23:00, which is very convenient. The property is very clean. Breakfast was delicious, in particular the home-made bread and the local cheeses. The place has a great atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone.

Negative: We were happy with everything.

Positive: The spa area, hotel staff, and restaurant are so lovely. The spa / sauna area really make this place special! Great for unwinding. The staff was also so friendly, spoke great English, and even let me work from the breakfast parlor during the day.

Negative: The rooms are a bit dated (couch was faded), and the walls are paper thin. Maybe I just got a bad room but I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring, I could hear the pipes groaning, and the 5am trash pick-up was quite loud. Pillows were the flattest things ever. Overall, had to take a sleeping pill each night and was still woken up by things. Maybe request a room that faces away from the street.
