Positive: - Quiet No chickens after 4:30 a.m., no yapping dogs at night, almost no street noise - Free upgrade They gave me a larger room for $25 even though my reservation was only for the $20 room. - Close to everything important Short walk to ATM, restaurants, travel agencies, mini markets, bars, nightlife, Royal Palace, National Museum. - Comfortable double bed - Friendly - Helpful On the last day, a young man called a tuk tuk with his smartphone at 5:30 a.m. It was in front of the hotel 2 minutes later. Advantage: A tuk tuk called using a smartphone is significantly cheaper than a tuk tuk stopped on the street. I paid about 3 USD to the international airport.
Negative: - Front desk people were not experienced or professional They asked me for a document about the reservation. They first gave me the WiFi password from the reception on the ground floor and not from my room on the fourth floor. Only when I asked later did they give me the correct password. They didn't speak English well. - Slow employees The rooms were not ready at 2 p.m. I wonder what the staff do before 2pm. - WiFi was only the slower 2.4GHz and not the fast 5GHz.
Summary: Quiet room in the center, close to everything important.

Negative: The bed was on the hard side.

Positive: Room was different as shown in the photo but still good Airconditioning was working properly TV has few English channels Good location
Negative: No daily room cleaning No Geyser for hot water but alternatively they provided a kettle and bucket There was ciagarette smell when I first entered, later after opening the window for couple of days then it went out No Coffee/Tea sachets
