Positive: It was very clean , basic but good value for the price , the rooms were serviced every day

Negative: Unable to purchase coffee or tea , was only offered at Breakfast , and after arriving after a long drive , to be able to buy a cup of coffee would have made a big difference

Summary: You get what you pay for , basic , clean , and parking a bit difficult

Positive: family run hotel in the centre of the village of Riolo Terme; it offers basic accommodations and it was very clean and quiet. The owner is friendly and kind. Large room, large bathroom, comfy beds, wifi worked. The hotel offers free parking and there are a couple of very good restaurants nearby. The termal spa is 5 min walk.

Negative: Breakfast was cheap but very little on offer, just cake and biscuits, no fresh bread, no savoury options. This is perhaps because it was low season and there weren't many guests.

Summary: a good choice for a short stay
