Summary: Take note, check out is 11am, not the nirmal 12 noon. Beds a but hard. Location a little outside the town centre. Clean and easy hotel to deal with. Staf not overly friendly, however nit rude.

Summary: One night stopover on our way to Northern Holland. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff are very helpful. The restaurant menu offers less choice than i remember from a previous visit, but food quality is excellent. Ample free parking immediately outside the hotel.

Summary: This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking.

Summary: I used to like this hotel but the service is getting worse every time we stay there. The staff are super rude - especially in the breakfast area. On the Sunday, the cleaning only came to clean our room at 16:00 and by then we were back at the hotel. The sign “please make up my room”, had been hanging there for hours. We asked the reception for a late checkout (12:00 instead of 11:00). They allowed us to stay until 11:30 but required 50 euro to stay until 12:00. It was a Monday and the hotel had plenty of availability on all room types. Unfortunately no positives to share
