Positive: Very nice interior, good kitchen with all comfort, Nespresso automat, caps included. Very good bath.

Negative: No reason for criticism, but due it is an old building, the stairs to 3rd floor are small and a little bit tricky. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

Summary: The Loft was very nice and we always will take it, if we are in Sint Niklas again.

Positive: Our stay was wonderful! Really impressive modern and spacious apartment. I picked the key with an employee at a shop. The only problem was the electronic fob key that could not open the apartment door. Back to the manager at the shop. She managed to open the electronic door via NFC. After that, all went well, but someone had to stay in the property when I went out for groceries.

Negative: Problem with the electronic door lock. Everything else was PERFECT.

Summary: Wonderful modern and spacious apartment.

Negative: The staircase is very steepy, so it not easy to go through it with the luggage, but except this great place!

Positive: The place definitely has its charm. Spacious is the key word. Ideal for family with kids who have a plenty of space to get rid of excess energy. The loft kitchen is fully equipped, the shower was perfect. The communication with the owners was pleasant, too. The train station is very close, perfect for one-day trips to Ghent and Antwerp.

Negative: It didn’t bother us but people with lower mobility might be surprised by the steep stairs leading to the loft. Also, the bathroom and toilet use motion-activated lighting, which is not ideal during nighttime visits. They also stay on for some time before turning off.
