Positive: Everything I expected for a relaxing stay immersed in Nature. The staff were so nice and the service of best quality. The breakfast was the best... Even though I am quite limited as to what I can eat, the breakfast variety was not only endless but also was full of flavor and very very nutritious! I highly recommend this place.

Negative: I cant complain of anything! There was nothing I did not like! However if there was a full length mirror in the bedroom, I would have appreciated it....

Summary: It surely was a positive stay, I just wished it would have not ended...

Positive: Breakfast was just ok. Lots of sweet pastries, but average quality butter, jams, yogurt and bread. Decoration very basic; very small hotel sitting room; friendly staff; nice garden with Monte Rosa view

Negative: Food was very basic although abundant; room cleaners left soapy bathroom floor behind, fell and hurt myself.

Positive: Really nice, cosy hotel. It is decorated in a local style so you need to like a "rustic/traditional" look. The staff is very frieand will try to help you with anything you might need.

Negative: The size of the 4 people room can feel a bit cramped and if you are a tall person like me please pay attention to your head when entering the bedrooms and the ensuite toilets. It can look a bit dated, but it is expected with the style of decor and the breakfast, while really tasty and varied, could be catering for a more international clientele.
