Summary: I have been to this proprty three time this past year and no matter which online travel agent I use the hotel can never locate my reservation. This time they gave my room away and gave me a different room smelling of cigarettes. They need an IT person to fix their computers so that customers won't be treated like this. The plumbing is poor, doesn't flush properly, and the the sewer smell emanates from the drains.

Summary: Staff were smart helpful and efficient. Room was smart and clean and shower hot. Air conditioning was old fashioned and water was dirty light brown. Offers and service were very good

Summary: Receptionist got confused as my sister went to check in as I couldn’t make it to the trip. They’ve also charged her for dental kits when she asked but it’s supposed to be included for staying for 7 nights which was later corrected by a staff member. They’ve also called her that she got 20 mins to check out when it’s only Monday and check out is Wednesday. I think staff needs more training and improving customer service.

Summary: I heard one staff member saying” that’s why I hate foreigners” the rest of the staff were really good and went out of their way to help. A fairly pleasant experience.
