Summary: We had the best stay, no complaints at all. Staff were all very helpful and approachable and the room was nicely presented. The breakfast had great healthy options. There was also the free ‘wine hour’ which was something we looked forward to each night- they had non alcoholic wine which was perfect for us. Would love to stay again!

Summary: Some things about the hotel are excellent (location is A plus, staff are lovely, the free wine hour was appreciated and the common areas are lovely) but the rooms leave a lot to be desired - especially at this extremely high price point. Our two rooms were down a small shabby corridor, extremely hot as in the roof (there is no air con), stark and not very comfortably furnished with a tiny showerroom. The amenities in the bedroom were like a 2 star hotel - the bed linen and towels were very low quality, the hair dryer was dreadful (one of those you have to hold a button down on) and coffee/tea were via a kettle rather than a coffee machine as you'd expect when paying close to £500 a night. We were actually upgraded by the hotel to these rooms too,

Summary: No air confitioning in the rooms! Only Dyson to help cool the room. Very Hot during summer. Rooms will be painted, they have marks on the walls and overall attire of the rooms is not 4star hotel.

Summary: Overall we had a nice stay. But the pressure in the shower was non existing and it was almost impossible to flush any of the toilets. Our room was facing the courtyard and lots of noise from the restaurants when they were cleaning up at night. No air conditioning but the windows opened. Nice location though and friendly staff. Wine hour on the house every night at 5 pm a nice touch. A bit over priced.

Summary: Very nice small hotel. Breakfast and complementary happy hour and night cap were fantastic. Saved lots of money on drinks. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the hotel

Summary: I found the front desk staff weren’t friendly. Once I checked in I asked once about some of the facilities (cinema etc) and wasn’t really met with a clear answer so I didn’t bother to ask for anything else after that. The breakfast was good and the room was clean, but I was woken up around 5 every morning by bin collection? And then again at 6. I didn’t get good sleep here and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend it.

Summary: I stayed for 5 nights total, and unfortunately I was placed in front of a construction area where work started as early as 7 am with loud conversations and construction noise. I think it was very miscalculated to place me in front of this construction area. Short term stays should have been placed in those types of rooms. I have mixed reviews about the staff. The day I walked in to check in, a staff member saw me struggling to get in, made eye contact with me and turned away. It wasn't until later that I realized he was the manager. The same manager promised to change my room after I realized I was facing a construction area, but after calling in the morning, I was told there were very few rooms opening up, offering me with a similar view/ situation. In general, the female staff were helpful/ friendly when I had questions. One of the hotel's focus is to bring people together, they have free coffee, free wine hour, and drinks at night. Regardless of whatever anyone has to say about the quality, I think it's a very generous offering. But in case you don't like people gathering in the lobby, I thought you should know. My room was attended to, however a (full) bathroom trash bag was left behind in my room. On several occasions, extra entry cards were left behind, that I would mistakenly swap out with my card and then would not allow me to get in to my room. A mess. The gym is in another building with a short distance away. There were many ways to improve my stay.
