Positive: The property is quite new. The beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. Great towels.

Negative: I had booked a deluxe room and the shower actually came off the wall while I was taking a shower, despite this being a new hotel. I told the service agent at the front desk and he kindly gave me another room which was very nice. Unfortunately, the next morning the toilet did not fill up with water anymore so that was extremely unpleasant and embarrassing. The little swimming pool is great, unfortunately when I went down for a swim, the whole area was uninviting and messy. There were flip-flops everywhere and the only table to sit at was dirty, so I did not feel like sitting there and relaxing. When I had gone down to the swimming pool during opening hours, it was locked and there was no explanation as to why. It’s such a pity that the exclusive Sultan Hotel has so many little problems.

Summary: Nice hotel, but lots of little problems. I would not necessarily stay there again.

Positive: The staff was very good and attentive! There was a nice swimming pool of a decent size and generally the area is nice and it has all the comfort you need. The gym is well equipped and works 24 hours.

Negative: The room had a lot of broken stuff and some details were lacking. For the price you expect a bit more. You need to pay for the sauna which personally took at least one vote from this review as the price is enough to cover that for sure.

Summary: Great and hospitable staff but too expensive for the quality.
