Summary: The hotel is amazing, the location is just gorgeous and the facilities are perfect. Lovely clean rooms, 2 pools, a gym, very plush. The only thing letting this hotel down is the service of the staff. They’re not friendly, not helpful and make you feel quite uncomfortable. In both the hotel and the shop adjoining. I wouldn’t let it put you off staying here, I’d just say it’s a good idea to be aware

Summary: Perfect location, very helpful & friendly staff, our room very comfortable with fantastic sea views. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave & coffee machin Handy onsite minimarket. A big plus is free bikes for the whole family. Highly recommended when staying in Sitges!

Summary: Nothing seemed to conflict the service level. Yes, I would update some facilities - gym, tabletennis bats and balls - as well as the parking structure. But service everywhere - and seemingly the managers good mood and attention to detail stared the happy and very accompdating staff. Pls don’t fill this hotel as we want to come back ourselves!

Summary: Beautiful property next to the beach, easy access to the old town. Short walk or drive to many restaurants and bars. We use the indoor pool and it was great. Will definitely stay again! Great for families

Summary: The hotel is very nice, we checked into the hotel in the evening only one member of staff at reception. Check in took half an hour or so and not much information given regarding pool opening hours restaurants on site etc. I had to make a noise complaint as the apartment above was playing thumping music at midnight. Despite my complaint this went on until early hours. Staff were friendly, the room and hotel was spotless, and the indoor pool was hit especially with my children. Overall I would recommend the hotel.
