Positive: Location and breakfast.i enjoyed the fact that there are more coffee makers and shorter lines for the coffee. I really enjoy variety of breakfast options.

Negative: We really like firm beds but this bed was a bit too firm. We have booked several times with your facility and the first time included 4 hours of spa and the second and third time, three hours included but this time only 2 hours.

Positive: Location of hotel is optimal. Thermal open swimming pool ais one of the best in Karlovy Vary area. A very good breakfasts.

Negative: A bed mattress and room furniture are looks tired and wears.
