Positive: I want to first tell about how friendly and super polite the staff is , after Tokyo their service is really great. The hotel is new , everything is great and very clean! The bathroom cleanliness is so satisfactory. The massage pillow was just we needed after a long hiking! Thank you very much for super yummy organic cherry tomatoes 🍅

Positive: IT IS SO CLEAN!!! The actual owner sits in the counter and waits for your arrival. Such a nice gentlemen and well run family business. What surprised me was that little classic music playing in the hallway, so peaceful and relaxes you after a full day of driving on narrow roads. The bathroom is so clean and tidy, it's spotless! Everyone worries about the ramp going up to the hotel, seriously, it is not that hard, just drive slow.
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The staff were very nice! Gave us a bag of free Nagano apples (which were amazing) and also a free ride back to the train station on the morning we left. The room was spacious and clean and nice and quiet. Very welcoming and comfortable stay
Negative: Public transportation to/from the hotel is quite limited, but that makes for a quiet stay

Positive: Reception host was amazing, he was so kind to drive us to izayaka! Traditional japanese room was perfect, great experience for first time travelers :) Hotel was very, very clean. Taxi from Chino was around 2,5k yen.

Positive: Very helpful and attentive staff. Clean and spacious room. Like the location for short stay en route to northern Nagano via Venus Line for relaxing scenic drive
Negative: Location bit tricky as it was already dark when we checked in but still manageable. Price also can be bit lower

Positive: This was our first traditional Japanese tatami mats stay and it was comfortable beyond our expectations. There are plenty of small conveniences spread out in the room such as Japanese folding chairs, kettle, TV and more. We had a good rest and a good sleep.
Negative: The parking is up a narrow ramp, and might be challenging to access.

Positive: It’s a very basic accommodation. Suitable for 1 night stay. Most importantly it’s very clean. There’s a massage appliance in the room too.
Negative: Pack light so you don’t have to carry your heavy luggage up the stairs. Price-wise it’s not that cheap if compared to a container hotel that we stayed in before
