Positive: Location was super handy for attending a concert at Saitama Super Stadium. Close to train station and all the necessary amenities.

Negative: Price was inflated due to concert - which isn't uncommon. But probably our least favourite stay in Japan and came with the highest price.

Positive: Location was great being close to the train station with lots of interesting shopping and food available nearby. The standard of cleanliness is superb. On site coin laundry a plus.

Negative: Not a good choice for a western couple traveling with luggage. No space to put anything. Double bed too close to the wall at the foot making it very difficult to get out if you are the one next to the wall.

Summary: We were there for one night and would be willing to pay more for more space.
