Positive: The hotel was very close to the station and there is even an overground pathway to the station if you exit out of the 2nd floor. There are many restaurants around and convenience stores as well.

Negative: The air conditioning takes a long time to get to your desired temperature.

Positive: Receptionists had a very good service; location very close railway station; my room had a beautiful view of the park. Everything was good !

Negative: The loud sound was from refrigerator, bed was too soft

Positive: Breakfast buffet was delicious and the location was convenient. The bed was comfortable but I wish there were more than one pillow per bed.

Negative: The bathtub was nice and deep and overall the bathroom was fine but I feel more comfortable in a room that doesn’t remind me of being inside a trailer house.

Positive: Breakfast was fantastic with many options and it was very reasonably priced. The location was excellent with Omiya station within minutes and tons of restaurants, convenience stores, department stores, shops, etc. I really liked that there weren't hardly any foreigners like there are in many parts of Tokyo.

Negative: Everything was fantastic!
