Positive: Nice, almost new building, very clean and spacious room, 2 different types of pillows, window with blinders, lots of room for cloths and else, small table to sit for a cup of tea and a proper big table to work/write etc. My room looked at the backyard and it was quiet from 10pm.

Negative: It's an agreeable hotel but there are small details you only notice when you pay 100 EUR./night: the double bed is actually 2 single bed together, with different kind of mattresses, so you can't really stretch out. The shower is only a rain-shower, so you have to wear a plastic sac on your head....., the fridge is a joke, makes noise like an old bus and heats up the whole room. The kitchen corner is mostly just a kettle....., doors are super heavy so they close with a big thunder, so you get to wake up every time somebody on the same floor gets back to the hotel. So yes. It is super nice and very clean, really spacious room with nice and kind staff. I only booked here because it was close to my workplace. I would recommend it really if these small things are ok, or you get to book at a better rate.

Summary: It is a nice place but not my favorit.

Negative: The view from the window and that the room was close to the lobby/reception and i could hear everything going on downstairs.

Positive: We loved our spacious apartment. Very comfortable with everything one could wish for. The shower is on the small side, but this is to be expected in Europe. The surroundings are very quiet. Very good bedding and linen. The apartment was serviced daily. There is underground parking, if needed. Walking distance to the tram which takes one directly into town. Old town is also easily accessible. Things could not have been more convenient. We also had a nice meal at the hotel's restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, also a bakery and supermarket. Cannot comment on the breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back.
