Summary: Our stay was great. They have great service as soon as you walk in the door—the valet service, front desk, house cleaning and the pool wait staff was all great! They made our stay perfect! We will definitely be back!

Summary: We had a great stay here, we only wish it was longer. The hotel was beautiful and had a great old school vibe. Everyone was super helpful. Bed was super comfortable and room service was quick. We also loved that the patios were private.

Summary: Amazing stay at the Valley Ho. Every worker was extremely welcoming and fun to talk to. We came in with frowns (our luggage was lost by the airline) but the staff got us checked in quickly, and after visiting the bar and pool we were in high spirits again. Big shout-out to Alex who was absolutely perfect as a poolside server! The overall vibe in the hotel is great. Plenty of stuff nearby to go checkout such as galleries, restaurants, and the like. Would stay again!

Summary: We felt that drinking water should be provided in the room. This is Phoenix in the summer and it’s hot and your guests will need drinking water. We were grateful for the little glasses provided in the bathroom to use at the tap. The beds were super comfortable and the room was lovely.

Summary: We loved the cool mid century modern style of this hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful,,, it was our anniversary and they upgraded the room to a suite. Best room I have ever been in in every way. Cool, comfy furniture, views, big patio, full beautiful kitchen. Could go on and on. The main pool was a little smaller than it looked in pics but was still very nice and had fun music with great food and drink service. We ate at Zuzu,,, had the salmon entree and Mac cheese,,,, both were excellent as were the drinks. Would love to stay again,,,,, really well run hotel with high level of service!

Summary: The hotel is in a great location central to everything in Scottsdale. The rooms are large with plenty of mirrors and places to get ready, which is perfect for girls. The hotel bar and restaurant are fun and swanky with good food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. I would definitely stay again!
