Positive: Location is nice, you can get to anywhere in the center by foot. Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful and kind.

Negative: Would be nice to renovate windows cause especially in the winter they are letting a lot of cold air in.

Positive: A nice quiet place with a room that was the right size for just me. The owner/manager was very friendly, and we had common interest in my visit (we both play Ingress). A great little spot, a short walk away from the city centre. 20 minute walk with full back pack to Rotterdam Centraal. All flat.

Negative: Possibly the only thing I didn't like was me not realising air conditioning existed! As it was quite warm overnight, having eventually found the remote control for the AC (it really wasn't hidden or anything like that ... it was just me!), then it was perfect!

Summary: Would I visit again? Absolutely!
