Summary: Disorganised at check in Seemed like put in a staff room no number on door. Shower not safe to use Boiling hot or freezing cold could not control.

Summary: We needed to drop the rental car off by 11. We were able to store luggage and use the pool until ourcroom was ready! Plus, they helped us get to Venice using the bus rather than a taxi, which would have been $60one way! The shuttle was only $15 to take us to the airport. Beds were comfy. Rooms were nice, clean, and cool. I was hesitant because of other reviews, but we will book here again if in the area!

Summary: Starting with the few positives - it is near Marco Polo Airport; the room was clean; it provides a shuttle to and from the airport (at a charge), and it is close to a fantastic restaurant we accidentally found that serves the best food in Venice, in our opinion. The negatives are more - the room was very basic, a sheet being the only covering on the bed (no blanket or duvet); the receptionist at checkout was obviously in the wrong job (we spent some time waiting to be attended to whilst he finished what he was doing on his computer); the shower was either scalding hot or freezing cold; the shower handle wasn't fixed so frequently came off when using it; except for a pool and a bar, we saw absolutely nothing else to do; the smell in the left luggage room was something to be experienced - but only once!. I will stop there. If you want an overnight stay near the airport, it will fit the bill but for anything else, look elsewhere.

Summary: I found this hotel at very short notice, having been badly let down by another provider. Everything went like clockwork even to the restaurant for which a shuttle was provided gratis. Shuttle to the airport for an early departure this morning. In short, I recommend this establishment.

Summary: The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.

Summary: Pros: good option for staying very close to airport. Room was small but comfortable, with a large washroom. Beds were comfortable also, and breakfast buffet had decent food. Did not use the outdoor pool, but it looked extremely inviting and would have used it if we had more time, it was lovely. Staff at check in and at breakfast were both very nice, and very helpful. Cons: the room was too hot and could not figure out if it was even possible to lower the temperature, pushed the right buttons but no change, it just kept getting hotter over the course of the night but I didnt see anyone at front desk to ask for help, as it was late. I think considering how close the hotel is to the airport, that the shuttle bus should be included and free. The breakfast could be better, especially the coffee, Im in Italy I would have liked an espresso or cappuccino. I have to say that the small pancakes were delicious even though they were cold, they really were. For improvement I would suggest offering a cheap coffee + cornetto breakfast for those that dont have time to linger before heading to the airport. In the room, adding some kind of table or surface in the bathroom where one can put their toiletries, what was there was very small considering the size of the washroom. Overall I would use this hotel again if I needed to stay in the area, it’s a lovely property. And a short walk away is the bus stop into old Venice (20 min ride) swipe your credit card on the bus, no tkt purchase required.

Summary: We just spent one night here so that we were super close to the airport for an early flight. They provide shuttle service for a small fee... even at 4:30 am which is fantastic. They will also shuttle you to the nearby restaurant which was delicious. The room and especially the bathroom was large and spacious which is unusal for Italy. The a/c in the room didn't seem to work but it was March and we just opened a window and it was fine.

Summary: Everything was ok, except for the shower temperature, which took a long time to warm up and unexpectedly got cold again in the middle of the shower; then warm again and cold again. Needless to say this was a very big deal, that greatly diminished my overall impression of the place, which was otherwise ok. I also thought the charge for the shuttle to the airport was abusive, so I didn't take it.
