Summary: To me, Verviers as a town has not much to offer but this hotel is very good and has an excellent brasserie. If one wants to dine elsewhere, the town centre is a 15 min walk away.

Summary: My room had a sheer drop down some steps right from the front door and there is no electric in the room until you put slot your key in, and i dropped down those stairs and could have hurt myself. when I reported it to reception the lady found it somehow amusing. later my colleague and i were both separately berated by a member of staff about a booking not honored... we had no idea what he was talking about and it had nothing to do with us. The bed itself is perched on top of ridiculously steep stair case... crazy place. Won't return , rude staff.

Summary: Good hotel with friendly staff, clean and well renovated. It is 10 mins by foot from the town centre but I decided to dine at the hotel brasserie and was very satisfied.
