Positive: Everything: The hotel, location, staff, room, view and ease of getting around was on the main straight near the town. The welcome got a free glass of Prosecco. Very polite staff even had the offer to help when l got soaked brilliant. Very peaceful even though it was full there was no noise. Room was cleaned when asked and fridge had very cold water. Can’t say enough. Just perfect.

Positive: The room was spotless, the view and balcony was incredible. The entire hotel was clean, free parking and the staff could not have done more. Breakfast was table service of such a variety of options and on a gorgeous balcony. The area is perfect for staying, quiet, stunning and 10 minute walk to a beautiful village with lovely waterfront restaurants. Would 100% visit this area again.

Positive: Staff was wonderful in every aspect. The pool and the views were amazing. The breakfast was perfect--more than enough to eat and drink. My room was small, but very nice, clean and comfortable. I felt my stay was well worth the price. I will definitely be back!
Negative: After I leaving dog food out in a bowl, there were tiny ants in the food and on the floor, but I didn't see any ants once the food was gone. Leaving the hotel on foot or by car was a little tricky because of the traffic and the walking path was not accessible immediately in front of the hotel, although it could be accessed after a short walk.
Summary: I had an amazing 2 night stay and hope to come back to this hotel again!

Positive: Good location, about 10-15 minutes' walk along the lakefront promenade into town; lovely views; very helpful staff. There's a small lake beach just opposite the hotel for longer swims / paddle-boarding as the hotel pool is on the small side.
Negative: The hotel is on the busy lake road and the entrance is quite awkward to turn into and very difficult to turn out of - they really need mirrors to see oncoming traffic. Apparently this needs the mayor's permission but it's hard to see why this would not be granted. It's the first season and there are a few niggles but I am sure they will get ironed out. Our room on the top floor had a huge terrace but no umbrella or awning so it was too hot to make use of it most of the time and sitting by the poolside, although comfortable and uncrowded, wasn't as peaceful due traffic noise.
Summary: Lovely views, very helpful staff, best for the able-bodied as there are a lot of steps.
