Positive: The staff were courteous and helpful and the location was perfect. You couldn't get closer to the beach and restaurants and bars. The room was clean airy and spacious and the aircon worked well. The views from the balcony were fabulous and even a built in washing line for your towels etc. The breakfast was plentiful and there should be something for everyone to choose from.
Negative: We couldn't get the parking lock to unlock to be able to park, so had to ask for help. We couldn't get our door to the room to open, so again, my husband had to go back down to reception to ask for help. When the guy came up, he was like oh its so easy, just put the key in and wiggle it a little, and ta da it opens! Well, at this point, we had both tried for several minutes before going to ask for help, and we were very hot and bothered. My husband and him then proceeded to argue it out, with the receptionist adamant it was "really easy look". After about 3 more attempts, we finally managed to get it open. But, it's not a great start to our stay. The hotel was super busy, so the wait time for lifts is ALOT, and the breakfast room is very, very noisy.
