Summary: We were attending a local wedding in Cotia about 30 minutes away from this property. We spent 2 nights here. We rented the Loft room that was about $500 per night. Our overall stay was good. We were traveling with our 5 and 6 year olds. They enjoyed the hotel as there was a lot for them to do. The food was good and a wide variety of options at the buffet. There was only one restaurant option and it was a buffet for every meal. I did expect more from this hotel overall given they have a 5 star rating and the high cost to stay here. They missed all the little details that you’d normally expect from this class of hotel. A perfect example of this was we didn’t rent a call and we were staying in the loft rooms which are a good 10 minute hilly walk to the lobby, we were reminding a few times at check in that we had to walk it every Time because there was no transportation.

Summary: Nice location in between forest, on the top of a hill. Good children program. Excellent food buffet at all times (breakfast, lunch, dinner) Service personnel should be better trained, often confusion in the service at the restaurant. The promised gift (champagne) and two free drinks for Gold members was not provided (according to hotel.com included). The receptionist was unable to solve the problem.

Summary: The space , the cleanest , the swimming pool , the tennis court , the lake area , everything is top . But the hotel sell as a gastronomic one , and its not . There is no place near to go to have any kind of food , because of it you must take de lunch , the dinner and the breakfest there . The price , the local and the structure do not match with the food . If they improve it Villa Rossa will became a excelent choise to stay a week

Summary: We (family of four) stayed in a loft. We had our own small cottage with private pool. It is winter in Brasil, so we did not use the pool. Instead we enjoyed the fireplace in the room. There was enough wood to last the whole night. Great on a cool night. This resort is all inclusive with all meals included. Unfortunately, the selection and quality of food was not meeting our expectations, given the high cost (~$600 for one night). There are many activities on the grounds (billiards tables, Ping pong, jogging trail, zip line, gym, indoor pool, etc. ). Overall, a nice weekend getaway from São Paulo with a family.
