Negative: They gave room that I didn’t reserve it that’, but I talked to them they changed to the room I booked before it has a big balcony and the view is wonderful

Negative: Not as expected. The room and terrace with the bathtub outside were very big and there was a sort of minimalist style throughout) but.... the carpet was not very clean. It was not clear why such a big terrace did not have a garden or some plants (especially since the hotel talks about reconnecting with nature). The breakfast buffet (there are several places around the 'compound' you can choose from) was underwhelming. The Japanese options were limited, while the European ones included pizza and quiche.

Positive: Breakfast at the bread shop was nice. The bathroom was really nice, and the water pressure is fantastic.

Negative: Breakfast at the bread shop was nice, but the drinks weren't well prepared. Coffee took a long time to come, it was served in paper cups, and there was no free water service. When I asked the overly-busy staff for water, they brought tiny paper cups. There were no vending machines nearby, either. So the only drink available while eating 6 pieces of bread, was a small paper cup of coffee.
